imo Toriyama's gag manga origins add a lot of spice to dragon ball. it's funny goku is like this universe destroying power level guy but he still kneels completely to his wife or frizea being this horrible awful villain character who also wants to wish to be 3 inches taller

People should watch more anime and maybe they would realize how wrong prejudice, war, and authoritarianism is. Maybe they'd have a clearer idea of good and evil. Like realizing that Frizea was a planet-conquering dictator who killed and oppressed the people. Until Goku wiped out his measles.

But Frizea does kill Krillin. And then he tells Goku that his son is next. And Goku knows he can't stop him. And that desperation and rage that has been building since the fight began finally starts to consumes him. He tries to fight against it, but he doesn't have the strength.
