Just finished the 📚 Greenbone Saga by Fonda Lee (Jade City, Jade War, and Jade Legacy). Loved it, especially Legacy. The first time jump in Legacy took me by surprise, but once I understood and got used to it, I really like the way it was handled.

I finished Jade Legacy yesterday (Greenbone #3) and it's been awhile since I have been this conflicted over a series.
It took me until about halfway through the third book before I realized that what I was reading was a series of vignettes following clan members throughout their lives.

Oh. Then what are the ones that kidnapped Sora and tried to take her "to the mines"? Honestly the concept of the skeletons is so confusing. Like what's the difference when you go to the Underworld if you're a Skullkin or a Greenbone warrior? Or the ones that also look like the unawakened warriors.
