Calling all palaeontologists...These rocks form a breakwater/groyn on the beach at Rustington, West Sussex. I dint think they're local but what they are (carboniferous limestone?) and does anyone recognise this (15cm long) fossil?

Technically not a beach.

Pinholes of the North Sea, from the groynes of Happisburgh beach. Very disappointed with these at the time, but I do like the all over blur which is the sea moving the post the camera is on during exposure.

I have no idea why Groyns are so photogenic. We have em on my beach and every time I'm out I need a Groyn picture and a tractor picture. Dems the rules.

Why on earth did the Google Docs spellchecker just suggest that I change "groin" to "groyn"?

Google docs is having a fit. It keeps trying to correct groin to 'groyn'. I'm not casting a spell, dammit
