One thing that has not been acknowledged about ICMPC17 (that I only today realized) is that the entire proceedings PDF was published at the conference, with all the papers in it.
Normally it takes months for this to come out. I am seriously impressed.

Obviously excited to go to Japan, but feeling a bit home sick for the regularity and schedule I keep while working.

Also wondering if there will be enough uptake before #icmpc17. Haven't been tweeting since I'm on holiday, only have this app on my phone at the moment. I guess we'll see what happens. Not like one conference will make or break it.
