A selection of the paleo perissodactyls from both Earth and Kaimere we will meet next month!

I recommend starting out with watching stuff like Future is Wild and the first few videos of Tales of Kaimere to get a decent enough concept for a specific evo project on your own

Excellent work as always,
Btw how are the Nyctosaurs doing in Kaimere? Any new species found in kaishel or still the same one species.

This was an awesome series, man. Some great designs here, and Eyrai may give even Tonbru a run for his money as my favorite design for an individual animal in Kaimere.

Figured I'd do this separately from my intro post, but I made this piece of an uktan, a giant megaraptoran made by the wonderful @talesofkaimere.bsky.social for his setting of Kaimere. I've always loved the uktan, so I figured it'd be nice to draw. I'm pretty happy with this one.

Watched the first Fable of Fai Zhemi, and I can’t wait for more. Here’s a Ba’khar, the protagonist species drawn having a little snack

Is the shoebill on Kaimere?
November 23, 2025 at 2:13 AM
So I sent a bunch of minis to @talesofkaimere.bsky.social and he posted a video about it. youtu.be/PtKL7pdklxs I'm not sure how good of an idea waiting until he posted it before sharing the new kaimere models but I posted the bear sloth models today:

Tuatara were mistaken for lizards when first encountered by Western naturalists. Now we know they're Earth's last rhynchocephalian: a lineage related to squamates. The clade is successful in Kaimere, though only one is found in the known world: the Shezi.

@talesofkaimere.bsky.social Hey, you mentioned in a video that fire and light magic exist on Kaimere. How can the microbes do that?

Welp, i just discovered Kaimere, that's going to be a nice hyperfixation for a while. Extremely inspirational

Buffalo independently got large, culminating in the largest bovine of Earth or Kaimere: the giant prairie buffalo. There are numerous species of water buffalo, with most being of modest size, though the Seridic water buffalo has gotten quite large, rivaling many of the Bos clade.

Bovines of large size come independently to these dimensions from two origins: the cattle and the buffalo. Kaimere has representatives from both, with giant bison, gaur, and two species of aurochs representing the heavy hitters of the Bos clade.

I like that the latest Prehistoric Planet Ice Age sneak peek has giant ground slothes playing. Its quite cute and another side of them. Whenever I think ground sloth my mind either goes to Sid the Sloth or the monsterous brickshithouses in Tales of Kaimere.

Such a wonderfully troll-shaped swamp monster, I’m super excited to see the upcoming documentary on this species in a few months! #kaimere #specevo
The ba'khar, a massive fish-specialized megaraptoran endemic to the Crescent of southern Ni'Khar, most abundant in the Seridic Wetlands. Males have a sail on their back for display and to anchor lifting muscles and ligaments of the neck. They also sport a pronged midline crest.

I keep forgetting that Megaraptorans are whqt we have and not Keenan's evolved apex predators on Kaimere 😵‍💫

An engaging and thoughtful review of my first Tales of Kaimere anthology! Always like hearing the favorites & what didn't land for readers. Helps inform future works. Also adore the bestiary-style uktan. Thanks so much to Aspen for sharing your thoughts!

These fauna are found in the southern mountain range of Kairul's western peninsula. It is the largest mountain range and alpine habitat in Kaimere.

Don't feel too bad, that's the most entelodont looking Oreodont of them all..
though I do wonder if they had been harvested for kaimere and why people never seem to take advantage of their name and give them a Oreo style colors cheme of dark brown and off white akin to a tapir..
