My old ladies just had a beauty treatment: we applied “pasta tronchi,” a biodynamic preparation that strengthens the trunk, nourishes the cambium, and protects the vine from any parasites hiding under the bark.

Not many Sicilian vineyards are listed, and almost 100% on Etna. But also the west side is worth exploring!
