The stage for #nationalcowboypoetrygathering is coming together
A faux pigeon is supervising grommeting a back drop. Krys is excited to be half done sewing a 21yd backdrop for the stage. The stage from the back of the audience after day two of construction. There is a silver sign on the right up stage, a project area with tools and supplies down stage right. Krys is sweeping up styrofoam pellets from us shaping the sign out of house insulation panels. View from up on the scissor lift of the skins guy who was recording me singing to myself. He had his fist raised in solidarity

Stage is in the final stretches for #nationalcowboypoetrygathering . I free handed the #rubyMountians then scanned the whole drawing and put it on the back drop. Tomorrow it will be cut out so that there will be a black sky and white mtns
Two fake pigeons are flirting on top of the hotel sign on the stage. A 13inch piece of scrap 2x4 laying on a table with a metal ruler. The piece of wood has labeled hash marks to show where on the x and y axis various peaks and their summits go. The drawing from the scrap wood had been scaled up to 45feet wide and transfered to black fabric. The lines are white soap.

Today, I was eating my lunch in the green room at #nationalcowboypoetrygathering when one of the performers turns to another apropos of nothing- bike shorts or g-string? Right as the other was drinking his beer. There was much blushing, beer exited nostrils, and the camera finally left the room.
