I thought the snow would give me some traction over the ice, but that is not what happened. Fell twice, but I did the best I could birdies. (I held onto Ellies swingset, and just tossed the birds food towards the tree. Lol.)

Keeping up with the latest news is stressful. Getting into nature and exercising (even just a walk through your closest park) can really help. I spent an hour yesterday ice skating on a frozen canal in DC. So much fun. Take some time to go offline and outdoors if you can.

Photography of a small river in a slightly iced landscape. Colors are very desaturated because of the snow / winter atmosphere. A tree is half fallen above the river, tilted precariously above and towards the opposite shore. Its reflection makes an interesting triangle in the perfectly still water. Photography of a barely visible path going forward in the middle of fallen leaves, which reddish brown color is hidden under a layer of white frost. The trees are tall on either side, frost highlighting their branches while the trunks themselves remain brown. Colors are very desaturated because of the frost and cold winter atmosphere.
