Check out these 10 year old filament spools from the first runs of the materials, from a little company called ninjatek. I've been printing swatches of every filament I own and I rarely go into my flexible's bin, found these forgotten legends. Armadillo and Cheetah are both available still.

Not rubber, but the flexible TPU filaments made by NinjaTek may give you what you are looking for! TPUs are tricky to print with: slow speeds are important to keep from making a mess!

My first attempt at printing something really soft on the Prusa XL came out great. This is a tiny gromet in Ninjatek Chinchilla 75A TPE. Only one minor mod and a custom filament profile required to get this working.

And for friction, I was thinking of printing out tpu washers. The material seems fine for moving parts. (I am using Ninjatek Cheetah which is 95a shore hardness. Which is a more rigid tpu.)
