RE: #CEOpay --I have seen numbers from eight times to 20 times the average worker's pay in the Fifties, and up to 350 times the average worker's pay now. An #AP article with lots of documentation claiming 200 times. Worth reading and #notpaywalled.

This Irishman began a regular exercise program at 73(!). I began running just short of 60. Though currently I'm not running, I never stop planning to begin again (and to do it whenever knees/legs cooperate). The article gives me hope, which I need. Maybe you do, too. #notpaywalled
