I understand that sometimes, as a product evolves, features need to be retired. However, I can't imagine that #Microsoft 's #Outlook team talked with users before making major changes to saved search and mail merge features. #productmanagemet #productfail

I like this. I'm definitely somewhere on the architect -> operator access with shadings of technologist. I'm absolutely not an advocate or growth person. Give me platforms, let me build stability and performance in the long term.
