Mate, I'm not a photographer but I've taken photos & the photos I've taken look like the things I've taken the photos of. So I think I can speak with some authority here. That said, Shutterhub sounds a bit rude. So steer clear & then there'll be no comeback if it is. RPS sounds authoritative. JMO.

I’m not a ‘photographer’ photographer, have never heard of Shutterhub but am a member of the RPS.

Keep telling myself I’ll start on the ‘distinctions’ journey but probably never will.

Their journal is, however, excellent.

Out of interest how many of you UK based photographers are members of Shutterhub and how many of you are members of the Royal Photographic Society? What are the benefits?

Winning multiple professional business awards for my photography is such a huge accomplishment for me. I won Silver judged by some of the top creatives in the UK & voted for the People’s Choice Award by the public & was also finalist in the Shutterhub 2023 exhibition! App from hard work & passion
