Aujourd'hui j'ai été courir le soir du solstice d'hiver et j'ai vu le soleil du jour le plus court se coucher et ça a procuré le même sentiment d'alignement parfait et d'équilibre à mon corps c'était très satisfaisant

Quand j'arrose mes plantes je le fais depuis la même bouteille que celle depuis laquelle je bois et parfois au passage j'en donne aussi à mon chat et j'aime qu'on boive toustes la même eau.
