Our last hike at Starved Rock State Park was St. Louis Canyon. With the lack of rain, the creek was low enough that we were able to hike all the way to the end.

Rewinding all the way back to spring of 2024, this was a memorable morning. I had started the day with a hike through vibrant bluebells on my way back to this waterfall (this mornings photo).
