Tonight's supper: Steak and Guinness Stew and with garlic-Cashel bleu-mashed potatoes. Dessert was apple-rhubarb crumble with custard.

A bowl of Steak and Guinness stew with very oozy mashed potatoes, speckled with bleu cheese and black pepper. The stew is loaded with peas, carrots and thick mushroom slices. Num. A serving of apple-rhubarb crumble in a puddle of custard sauce.. Love how the rhubarb tinted the apples pink.

This young lady showed up on my doorstep about 10 years ago.
She was pregnant and obviously without a home soooooo we adopted her, had her spayed and welcomed her into the fam.
