Hänge jetzt seit fast zwei Tagen im System „Zürich Flughafen“ und „SwissAirlines“ fest. Seit Tagen ist alles kaputt, keine Flüge, keine Züge. Es ist mir unerklärlich, dass in 🇩🇪 immer so getan wird, dass in der 🇨🇭diesem dysfunktionalen Land, Milch & Honig fließt.

What I love about #airtravel are the instructions to lean forward in case of turbulence, rest my head on my lap & cover my head with my arms. I’m short. And it’s impossible for ME to get my head anywhere near my lap! Seats too close!!

@lufthansa said couldn’t do anything because we had booked with @Expedia and not with @lufthansa
@FlySWISS @swissairlines said they couldn’t care. ✈️ was flying anyway and it was all due to COVID
