NGC 2359 aka Thor's Helmet is an emission nebula in the constellation Canis Major. It is close to 12,000 light-years away and it's 30 light-years in size. I used my WO Cat 91. This is 3 hours and 20 minutes of integration time from my backyard. #thorshelmet #astrophotography #photography
