Ok you may be seeing a shitload of plant-based heartiness, but I’ve been watching some 𝙑𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨 on YouTube and all I can see is terrible oxalate dumping and phytic acids ready to decay you from the inside out.
