Weathered elements—corten steel, rough stone, and sun-bleached tree trunks—impart an instant sense of age, even though the park is among Toronto’s newest. #WaterfrontToronto (3/3)

Bidassigee Park blends naturalistic shoreline design, Indigenous presence, and native meadow plantings into a landscape that feels deeply rooted in place. #WaterfrontToronto (1/3)

I’ll admit, I was a little worried I wouldn’t remember how to pronounce Toronto’s newest park — Biidaasige — but it’s already rolling off the tongue! (It’s pronounced bee-daw-si-geh, by the way.) #WaterfrontToronto (3/3)

Beautiful day to check out the new Biidaasige Park in the Portlands. Full of people. Many connecting trails, water access for boating and fishing, naturalized river vistas, picnic areas, variety of seating, native vegetation. It’s wonderful.

Had no idea it was happening.

Some of it is an hotel which is great to see but if the rest is built with very small condo sizes it will be a hard sell on the current market.
