🔥 Put health at the heart of climate policy
🧠 Use physiology to define limits & priorities for urgent mitigation
🛡️ Design adaptation around physiological resilience ie what our bodies can cope with

Simple message:

Climate change harms people through their bodies.

Heat, air pollution & poor nutrition don’t act separately, they stack up in the heart, lungs & brain.

And that’s where physiology comes in.
