Bis zum 7. März 2025 haben Frauen in Deutschland in diesem Jahr rechnerisch umsonst gearbeitet.

Denn Frauen verdienen in Deutschland im Durchschnitt 16% weniger als Männer.

Auf gelbem Hintergrund steht die Frage: Warum verdienen Männer mit gleicher Qualifikation und gleichem Job durchschnittlich mehr als Frauen? Darunter ein Tortendiagramm. Der Kreis ist blau. Drei Antwortmöglichkeiten: (grün) Weil Männer härter arbeiten (rot) Weil Männer klüger sind. (blau) Weil es immer noch zu viele Hürden und unbewusste Vorurteile gibt, die Frauen benachteiligen.
