I see Jared Leto getting a lot of hate for the new Tron Ares fail but i think it's more to do with Musk and his companies being involved from Tesla ads in cars to the grok and xai tie-ins.
Are Disney hoping for another boycott?

Which is fine but then this is not about 90 in 180 it is about regaining FoM at least be honest about it. The only way to get this gabled being able to live and work in multiple EU countries is to be an EU citizen and the only way to get that is by being a citizen of an EU member.

Joanna Lumley killing it as usual.
"I'm an immigrant"
I say this frequently when bigots are complaining about immigration and they immediately stop because they can't say what they are thinking. Except that one Brit in Spain who literally said "but you're white" before realising what he had said.

Former Head of Comms for the IEA, Annabel Denham, says the super rich will leave if we have a wealth tax.

Yes, the very same IEA that brought us Liz Truss’ disastrous mini budget. 🤦🏽‍♂️

The rules apply to any non-EU citizens not covered by free movement law, not just British citizens. All these possible penalties for overstay already exist.

Brexity folks are allowed to worship British border controls; but the EU is not supposed to enforce theirs against Brits.

Yes and imagine a world where those policies are set by a country or countries that are not the UK and you don't get to change them because they are inconvenient to you.
I'm sure there are plenty of people who would love to move to the UK who don't meet the entry requirements. Is that a problem?
8letters.co.uk
Oh good point the 90/180-day limit doesn't apply in your host country until you get citizenship... Which is basically what you keep describing what you want right? You want all the rights of being an EU citizenship without being an EU citizen. Which is never going to happen.

I love how some people try to frame literal immigration policy designed to make people qualify to live and work somewhere as a problem that needs to be solved by the place they want to live and work.

You might be retired/disabled, studying managing a business overseas, have staff working for you, be trading or managing investments. You might organise events or tour groups.

The UK is one country for immigration purposes. The EU is not.
8letters.co.uk
You do realise if you live in one EU country the 180 day rule doesn't apply right? So pick any of those 4 countries you are apparently living in for 2 months each and apply for residency.
8letters.co.uk
Okay and there are visas specifically designed for retiring to the EU ot studying in the EU ot managing a business in the EU. Same for organising events and your groups. Why do you think UK citizens should be exempt from applying for those visas to live or work in the EU?
8letters.co.uk
More to the point where do you find time to work back in the UK if you are living (but not illegally working) in the EU for 8 months?
The UK by the way is also not one country.

We’re becoming immune to it, but it’s worth emphasizing:

In a country generally known for its good governance and good sense, *more than a third* of all seats in parliament are set to be won by the anti-immigrant populist far right

(PVV+BBB+JA21+FvD = 52 seats, out of 150)

Latest Dutch ‘poll of polls’, 20 days before election:

- Wilders still comfortably first
- centre right (CDA) and left (GLPvdA) strong second
- VVD’s pandering to the far right still woefully unpopular
- lunatic-adjacent JA21 doing v well

And only 11% of PVV voters say stable govt is important!
