Ironically, Farage has been campaigning for PR for years & it may be the only hope against him. Currently the only party who may gain from FPTP seems to be Labour

I don’t know how seriously to take polling at the moment but if you aggregate all of the polls this year you still have Reform steaming ahead to win. So the only future that doesn’t see the cruel chaos of a Farage govt must be coalitions under PR

Once went to the The Ring (US remake, which I was annoyed to find way scarier than brilliant original) in massive screen cinema - maybe 500 seater. Only other person was a little old lady. Who gently coughed “ahem-hem….HEM” at random but persistent intervals from just behind me. I did not finish it
