If it was as bad today as it was yesterday I was going to go get it checked again, but the fact that it does seem to have improved again a little has thrown me!

There's no other symptoms (like change of temperature / colour / sensation) that raise The Big Red Boys though.

I'm only doctor-averse when I don't think they'll do anything useful! And I've got... Uh... Quite an experienced history with sprained ankles.

They're either just gonna tell me to self manage a sprain as I've been doing or to go to the walk in centre, where they'll probably x-ray it again and send me home telling me it's not broken. But yeah, probably a reasonable idea.

I went to MIU when I sprained it 10 days ago and they x-rayed it and told me it wasn't broken.

I was already working through work health insurance to go see a specialist.

I'm not sure if it's like... Enough more bad... To suggest I need to go back to MIU / a walk-in clinic?

Pain rating stands at 'worse than when I woke up yesterday (or for the few days before that') but 'not as bad as it was when this new pain wave kicked off mid morning yesterday' so I guess I... Just keep riding it out?

I sprained my ankle 9 days ago and while I was sitting working at my desk with it elevated at 10:30 this morning if was suddenly like 'hey how about LOADS MORE PAIN??' which feels like it might be kinda trapped nerve-y so I empathise and suffer.

One thing that I've found tripping me and other people up recently across various apps and services - have you started using a VPN over the past few weeks? Some of these seem to interfere with the functioning of some apps.
