Erf, truck tax bill came: £345. I miss my little car sometimes, but the truck is so versatile and useful (and tows the trailer, so I can get and store cheaper hay).

Seems a lot of my eBooks are stuck in "publishing" mode for the weekend as I think Draft2Digital only does the migration on weekdays: I hoped it would finalise this weekend but no matter.

In all fairness, there are over 1000 uploads/books to sort (some unpublished/duplicated).

Draft2Digital was good for ebooks, the Smashwords storefront accepts everything but the most extreme.

Lulu's paperback shipping costs were crap, but their ebook side quite good.

Ingram should only have upfront fees for extras and edits after full approval (changed to compete with Amazon)?
