The other thing fans don’t realize is that Nintendo literally operates on that rule. They won’t greenlight a new Smash w/o Sakurai!

That’s one big reason why Rhythm Heaven had no new titles for so long — Nintendo would not proceed until Tsunko was involved (& he couldn’t due to health issues)

I work in telecom and have some insight about why the 1st one is so hard. But I can help you implement a strategy that nobody else is willing to try and is guaranteed to work (destroy all phone numbers entirely)
