Excellent article! I was watching a Korean drama recently, and a mention of a malnutrition death due to UPF was worked into the dialogue, commenting that it was becoming more & more common, & that people are getting empty calories w/ no nutrition behind it.

I am a bit overwhelmed at the moment with very concrete things (starting taxes, uncluttering house, meeting up with friends while in town, etc) and my stupid anxiety brain keeps chiming in with “what if your place burns down and you also end up having to deal with insurance 🤔 🤔“ cool thanks brain
