People my age can mean a lot of different things if they say "the good old days" but for me I mostly mean "back when all NFL football games were played on Sunday afternoons with the exception of exactly one game that was played on Monday evenings".

So here is the thing. I was going to add "unless you are an amazing singer" but decided that it was too many words and too confusing. Your counter needing to be the greatest rock singer of all time actually proves my point that slowed down cover songs are almost always a mistake.

I think it comes down to a basic distrust of why anyone would ever like anyone- humans are, after all, notoriously awful. And yet, we end up liking a lot of people and a lot of people end up liking us. Thankfully.
