Unitary executive theory is not wearing well, to say the least. Soon the judges and legal scholars who hatched it (based mostly on some tiny bits and pieces of constitutional text and a tendentious historical account) are going to be lepers. And they are going to richly deserve it.

I’ll say it again. Not only did they invent this theory. They CHOSE to deliver it to THIS guy, a dangerous raving selfish moron. They could have waited four years and given it all to President Vance or whatever. They chose to give it to Trump.

in point of fact, FDR’s open line of communication with black leaders like A. Philip Randolph absolutely strained his relationships with southern lawmakers and he did it anyway under the view that he was president for the whole country
to be more specific, although FDR had to play ball with southern segregationists in congress, he did not do so by sacrificing black voters in the urban north to their whims.

Ben Mulroney is blurring the lines between journalism, business, lobbying and partisan politics

The new host of Global News’ national political news show also works for registered lobby groups, advises businesses and hosted election events for Pierre Poilievre’s Conservatives earlier this year

I did a deep-dive into Ben Mulroney's extracurricular activities:

At the same time as Mulroney is filling-in as host of The West Block, he is also working for two registered lobby groups and as an adviser to several companies – some of whose CEOs he's interviewed on Global News 640 Toronto radio

Jimmy Kimmel is being brought back for the same reason he was suspended: Corporations only care about money.

Which is why boycotts work.

"kristi noem and corey lewandowski, who we can confirm are not only dating but running DHS together"

absolutely cursed sentence
So many crazy details in Ben Terris's story about Kristi Noem and Corey Lewandowski, who we can confirm are not only dating but running DHS together: nymag.com/intelligence...
Who Really Runs DHS?
Kristi Noem is the face of Trump’s police state. Corey Lewandowski is the muscle.

Maybe it’s capitalism that causes autism
Trump off on one, speaking at the White House: “In Cuba, they don't have Tylenol because they don't have the money for Tylenol.

“They have no autism. Tell me about that one.”
