The monument for Elizabeth Benson, obit 1710, in St Leonard, Shoreditch. Carved by Francis Bird, it shows two gleeful skeletons holding a shroud, vigorously ripping apart the tree of life.

This is Denni. She took an unexpected babysitting shift when she found a baby koala in her yard. She cheerfully delivered the joey to her human, who put them back in the tree to be reunited with their mom. 14/10 (FB: Steve Lamplough)
Denni, a golden retriever with a sweet face, sits and looks up at the camera with a smile. she has a passenger clinging to her back. a baby koala. the joey's eyes peak over the top of Denni's head. Denni is standing and looking off to the left of the frame. the baby koala on her back looks at the camera. a super zoomed photo of the baby koala and their mom high up in a tree. the adult koala holds onto her joey and looks down at the camera with what we would like to think is appreciation for caring for her baby.

Mandy, a haunted doll, is kept in the Quesnel & District Museum in Quesnel, British Columbia. Her eyes supposedly follow the movements of museum visitors, and cameras trained on her flicker. Mandy was given to the museum after her owner kept getting woken up by her crying.

RIP 💐

That's Bookay, not Bucket!
Dame Patricia Routledge, best known for her portrayal of notorious snob Hyacinth Bucket in "Keeping Up Appearances" has died at the age of 96.

She passed away peacefully in her sleep.

In a career lasting seven decades, she had many roles on stage and screen, including Hetty Wainthropp Investigates, To Sir, With Love, Victoria Wood As Seen On TV, and Alan Bennett's Talking Heads.

As well as her acting career, she was also a talented singer, appearing in several Broadway productions, and releasing her own album in 1973.

She was made a Dame in 2017 by the Queen, for services to entertainment and charity.

Our condolences to her family and friends.
