Does the average American (not the well educated and travelled) even realise that in most civilised countries healthcare is organised differently, mainly through taxes, and is either free or low cost at point of use? I mean do they accept their system because they don’t realise there are options?

Remember all of the ghouls who denied this was happening and did everything they could to make the problem worse from JK Rowling to Wes Streeting. The NHS who did a stitch up report to hide the growing number of suicides from trans youth on the waitlists. They should never be forgiven.
