I think it dropped 11% in a day. That's to be expected for a highly speculative asset (or any asset over several days). They shouldn't be crying the blues unless they're using a lot of leverage.

The average age of moving out of home varies widely across Europe. These differences are partly cultural and partly financial in nature. I for one am keen to kick my beloved children out of home by say 20. They are still very young but one must have goals in life 😉 🥾
