but not a lot of opportunities to engage it. Field trips cost money and if you can't afford it you are sent to another class. You can be curious but money expands that curiosity into exploration and opportunities which keeps the curiosity moving forward

My mom had seven kids at a young age so there were a lot of barriers for her and us. I frequented the library a lot but that required money gor carfare or a lot of unsafe walking for a kid. My mothers curiosity went to making sure we survived. My curiosity as a Black kid in the city has curiosity

I completely get it though, fuck ai. It’s a waste of resources, time, WATER, lives, energy, and thought.

You’re harming the Earth and the livelihoods of VERY real people all for some type of online validation nobody should really give a fuck about.

It's really hard. You only get exposed to things via exposure as a Black person we're always exposed to white people doing stuff and that clouds our own judgment. They're doing this stuff because they have access, exposure, and money most of us are lacking at least one to two of those things

Exposure without ridiculr is rare and money is always an issue. Even hiking can be a monied event. Exposure requires not just curiosity bit money. Sometimes lack of curiosity is just a shield of knowing that thing is out of your reach

A Black Mom who lost her job a few months ago is having a hard time making rent these past few months. She does on-demand delivery to get by but had to spend on car repairs, and this month she won’t make it. If we each give $1 she’ll reach her goal. We’ve helped 158 people so far, let’s keep going.

My name is Brittany and im a single mother of a 3yr old baby girl, I lost my job back in June and started doing amazon flex to make ends meet and make last months rent but this month just seems to be more difficult.

I drive a 2002 PT cruiser and (which is on its last leg but still getting us from A to B!) But I had to replace my tie rods and that blew a chunk out of my earnings! My rent is 1250.00 but im sure I can make a portion of it before the first.

Automatically updating content can be extremely distracting, especially for users with vestibular disorders or attention difficulties. This could force users to scroll through page content to not see the animation, or to just look away. Allow animations to be paused or stopped.
