I love vacuuming and rearranging furniture/reorganizing. I like doing the dishes and wiping down the kitchen when I’m mad.

Don’t feel bad about detaching. It’s impossible to be so enmeshed and not have anxiety. I don’t look/ listen to the news first thing in the AM anymore. I’ve turned off most news notifications too. This allows me to control what I consume.

To be honest? I take in as much as I can before I start to get overwhelmed.
The message was that I need to stay away from the news completely because this is the matrix and it’s not real, but I am still human, & I care about my people. I have to stay connected somewhat.
