What radicalised me: police telling innocent citizens to move home (away).
So, if you pay council tax and work for a living, message is "f*** off, we don't want you here". If you're doing crime and pay no council tax or bills, message is "stick around, we'll bend over backwards for you!"

In my area, crowds of (I think primarily) crack users are drawn to the dealers. All crime rises - thefts, break-ins, assaults. More minor issues, too - obvsly the drug use, waste disposal issues, threats, aggression. All contributes to atmosphere of hopelessness and fear.

Also look into the policy (since Sunak) of housing ex-offenders via private landlords. Anecdotally, this is wreaking havoc in communities. Properties become foothold for organised crime gangs, conveniently located in the city. Very difficult to resolve.

Photoshop rapidly reducing it's functionality to nil as it repeatedly deletes my brushes (that I'm using, that I NEED!) on updates.
