Oh lordy I was spending time with my mum today and she introduced me to a completely cursed facebook group called Inner West council watch. One poster on that group is lamenting the potential impacts of a new bike lane on ‘heritage gutters’. 😬

Love to get my device, which I paid for, essentially bricked because google now want me to use a google account.

As we have previously shared, Fitbit is now a part of Google, and Fitbit Account holders will need to transition to Google Accounts by 2 February 2026 to continue using Fitbit. If you don’t do anything, you will no longer be able to access Fitbit with your current Fitbit login credentials. Even if you use a Gmail account to sign in to Fitbit, you still need to move to a Google Account.
Move now
If you do not move to a Google Account by the deadline, you will not be able to continue using the Fitbit service or access your associated data.

Spent the day with family and I’m emotionally drained. My cousin has terminal cancer and we’re all trying to be there for her and each other as best as we can. At the moment I think I’m mainly grieving for the life she won’t get to live and the unfairness of it all.

Ahh, now I know why when I had blood tests with one provider last year the results said I was fine, and when I had my next test at another place a couple of months later it showed my iron levels were very low and I needed an infusion.
