Hello new friends! Have you played Seasonspree yet?

It's a cute little game about cute little animal friends, and you control the flow of time by walking left & right. It's really good, and not very long, because your time is valuable!

Switch: bit.ly/seasonsprees...

These places like Portland Oregon, every time I see Portland, I see the place is on fire, there was one video of a guy with a big stick, heavy stick, both ends on fire, twirling it around trying to put it out, and the most famous musician in town can only afford a car with one wheel, no windows

Hire me to help create the curriculum for your upcoming class. I promise to take it seriously until the very last sentence.
A screenshot of a chat window where I say the following: "You could say students will work together and individually to compare examples of future settings in fiction, focusing on the advantages and disadvantages of personal and social life, political factors and environmental considerations. And something about how they'll create presentations detailing the pros and cons of each, then each student will make their case for their concept of a future utopia, with the opportunity to challenge others' concepts and consider challenges from other students. And maybe the student with the most convincing utopia becomes the king of the planet and gets six months to make it happen or everyone dies."

I bet someone I know can answer this! I think I understand all the words individually, but that's as far as my brain goes.

What is the best software to setup a 2D image pipeline to “morph” a map with Mercator projection into a different *custom* projection and then be able to re-use this workflow later to convert more Mercator maps automatically? I don’t care if it’s pixels or vectors.

There is zero point in one-sided video interviews, unless you're screening candidates based on physical appearance.

Hello, please give me a copy of your book or movie or video game so I can tell my subscribers or friends or goldfish about the experience and provide a thoughtful or arbitrary score

It isn't yet a lost art, but it's certainly on its way out the door.

The difference is like two things that are the opposite of each other

I wish DaVinci Resolve didn't force a Mac interface on Windows users. Little things here and there make me realize it wasn't built for my OS of choice, and they didn't care to go along with the same design patterns.

If I ran a pizza shop I'd call it Peel Sessions and nobody would understand the reference

The poster behind this one was Pikachu sitting on a hill under a tree, but it was a stolen watercolor of a landscape with an equally stolen Pikachu, not at all in watercolor, just plopped down on the ground.

I sincerely hope nobody ever buys this junk.

Came across a campus poster sale yesterday and found this garbage. I can't say I'm surprised, but I won't say I'm happy.
An obvious AI slop poster of Mario with his fist up in the air like he's raging against some sort of machine, but this was clearly made by a machine. A close-up of the upper right corner of the poster. It's got a lot of nonsense characters almost reminiscent of Japanese, Chinese and I think English, some slightly more convincing than others, but all of them very unconvincing. Mario doesn't deserve this treatment.

Oh my god, a pennywhistle AND a melodica. You took the two things I annoyed my college roommates with and made them work perfectly together.

Read this whole thread. This is mindblowing.

Hubert's assets, created as decorations for cyberpunk cityscapes, are used especially widely in animations that the IDF released during their strikes on Iran in June.

Ripped assets from Hubert are shown here in stills from IDF animations, with blue highlights:

The nominative determinism of this specific atrocity is off the charts here.

My state's driver's manual used to specifically state that it's illegal to use your car's horn if there isn't an urgent need to alert someone about a potential danger. Now that every goddamn car honks when the driver walks away from it, that passage is mysteriously missing.

I love when I fid a way to edit a couple video clips together in a clever little way that nobody will ever suspect was even an edit.

Ah, I see. I thought it was complaining that something was wrong.

Viltrox makes great lenses! I'm not sure how well Sony's newer cameras deal with continuous AF, but you can tell in that video it's the camera that wasn't triggering the focus, so the lens is doing a good job there.
