What I often observe in tech Startups: CTOs focus on process as a solution to problems. But processes are a result, not the solution. It's like code: when working code is the result, the work is done upfront
Dinge beim Namen nennen: so wichtig 👍

Picard management tip: If you're on red alert every day, then red alert means nothing.

The dark side of GPTs: the times when prompts where shared publicly, improved an reshared seems to be gone. The prompts hide now behind a GPT.
+++ breaking news +++ discussion about the return of Sam Altman to OpenAi www.theverge.com/2023/11/18/2...
What I learned the hard way: Tech founders: being obsessed with the software you build, is a guarantee for failure. Beeing obsessed with the Humans whose problems it should save is a recipe for success
SCRUM was invented, to tear down walls. Results: SCRUM teams with even higher walls. And the firewall's are named Product Owner and SCRUM Master 🤔
Wow OpenAI announcement: Sam Altman just got fired 😯😯😯
Why the AI revolution is different:

👉 industrial revolution meant economy of scale in production and physical processes

👉 AI revolution means economy of scale in knowledge work.

Exciting news: We’re taking another step to making Bluesky an open network for public conversations.

Around the end of this month, we’ll release a public web interface. With this, you’ll be able to view posts on Bluesky without being logged in on an account.
Communication in a team is not a tool not a problem to solve. It is itself the team.
A compilation of wet dreams cherished by every manager, so vivid yet seemingly unattainable. And they remain perplexed as to why.
The winners path. IMHO remote work doesn't create unsolveable problems, but highlights existing one's. It's a big chance to solve them

Crossfunktionale Backend-Teams benötigen für gute #produktentwicklung zwangsläufig UX-Know-How.
Design the User Experience of an API
Stop designing stupid APIs

Yes, but Conway's law is only descriptive (an observation ) and only states that software reflects a company's communication structure. It doesn't describe the interactions with the outside world (somebody called it the market, or the user ;)
Good software is a result of good communication. Coding is only a tool.
Processes don't solve problems. Humans do. With a broad range of tools of critical thinking 🤔
