2 weeks later I have finally

finally

cleared the High Halls fight.

And they put a tough as nails boss fight directly following it, and I could *not* be happier.

Hades 2 has also been very good.

Games that don't adhere to that can get unflattering reviews or worse - from complaints that Bioware NPCs are (or aren't!) "playersexual", to challenging or problematic beats like the one in Boyfriend Dungeon.

There are a lot of tricky elements to modeling social behavior in a game, many of which stem from the Central premise that The Player Is Driving. It's like a weird, inverted Consent Simulator - the game always ASKS for consent from the player, but the player always GETS consent from the game.

A new months ago my doctor increased my dose from 30 to 40mg, but there isn't a 40mg cap so my doctor prescribed 2x20.

Insurance denied because I wasn't authorized for 2 pills.

when people say genAI is the future I am struck by how short sighted and fatalistic this is as a concept

it’s recycling our past for the future, it’s drinking our filtered waste while not thinking about how many times you can do that, it’s hoping tomorrow’s answers have already been said
