Not a few of us alerted to the pointlessness of unconscious bias trainings as they coddled white folk into believing they could evade accountability for discriminatory practices.
Here we are. Institutions are dropping EDI/DEI w/out opposition. A sheer drain of resources to appease white sensitivity.
