As y'all have probably heard, there has been a lot of ICE activity on the North Side of Chicago today. At least four people were kidnapped by ICE in the Rogers Park neighborhood. Folks mobilized throughout the day to do ICE Watch and Rapid Response work.

Please note: as of 11:30AM today, agents have restrictions on chemical weapons / "less lethal" munitions they are *supposed* to follow (🫠). This isn't limited to preplanned protests, it also applies to neighbors and rapid responders. If you see pepper balls fired...note it

reports of people abducted from back of the yards, cicero, rogers park, hermosa, barrington, batavia, and bridgeview.

feds are out in force in aurora. not sharing video, but residents have likewise turned out in force—and they aren't happy.

At the Broadview ICE detention center outside Chicago this afternoon, things are (relatively) calm.

A vet-organized protest is planned for 4-6pm. After 6, curfew is in place.

Masked agents enter the building. ~1 month ago we would've been able to photograph them from Beach St, but not anymore.
