A book that I read when I was younger called The Divine Feminine: The Biblical Imagery of God as Female by Virginia R. Mollenkott has influenced a lot of my thinking about religion and mythology another book is The White Goddess by Robert Graves.

Day 18. Astra will learn what life is like at court on Earth and will meet Jake's father John Colvin for the first time.
Astra will learn more about the Nexus.

Cops led us into the street as the new “protest zone” and then beat us repeatedly.

Got hit in the face with a baton. Leaving to pick up my friends who were arrested.

So over the last months I have rediscovering my faith and have been attending Church again. I was raised in the Catholic Church and I fell away for 8 years, but I have been going to mass at my local parish for the last months and I feel at home and at peace for the first time in years.

Earth has a monastic approach to science and technology. Learning centers are also religious centers. The future Earth has a medieval aesthetic in architecture and fashion but has technology based on the Nexus and gravity based drives to travel the stars. #writingprompt
