I feel like people who don't do art don't really understand the ongoing joke about how we don't wanna write/draw/etc.

We do actually really want to. In fact, it is not possible to stop us.

It's just that a lot of the creative process looks a lot like doing the dishes or staring at the wall.

I feel very weird placing restrictions or morals even on fanart/fanfics tbh. It goes into the territory of censorship of 'I dont like this thing so it shouldn't exist'. If you dislike it, just hide the post/block and move on. But don't judge what brings someone else joy like... 1/2 >
