my white ladies, it’s time to go read about the history of fire, fire investigation, arson and fire safety if we’re doing this. Because 3 minutes to get Baby’s First Accelerant Fire going is just gonna get a felony charge.

Glad she’s still unknown.

It has the distinction of being the only time a sighted person has played a blind person so well I looked them up online to find out if they were blind.

Turns out no, he's a dancer. Used to really paying attention to how people move I guess.

This is a very hard question to answer if you answer it as phrased. But I do think I have likely seen The Way He Looks (Hoje Eu Quero Voltar Sozinho) EXACTLY 8 times.
Name a film you've seen 8 times

Cartoon: If anyone in Chicago knows this school or an anti ICE organization affiliated with them I would be happy to donate this art. I only wish I could have fully Sal Buscema-ed that punch :)

Yeah. I can still draw! There's something about the way I organize my thoughts specifically for writing that is going POORLY.

Thank you.

Little kids are lucky. They haven't compared themselves to others yet. But your age hits the double digits and oh, it becomes so hard to trust that you'll get there.

This is a great thread.

We all need to remember and teach the value of effort and work and the amount of time it takes to achieve your goals. And that it's ok if it takes time to do things.
I have done a lot of thinking about “the reading crisis”. And I mean a lot. Both as a student kind of stunned by what younger classmates don’t know or care to do, and as someone REALLY INVESTED IN EARLY LITERACY.

I almost pitched a proposal for a dissertation on this exact topic.

I struggle to convey to people just starting in art that they won't be very good for longer than feels acceptable. But the time is important. It's a period of negotiating what kind of artist they will be. That's not only learning, it's style developing and a relationship forming with art.

I have actually been about to die and the main reason I didn't actually go to the hospital right away is fake doom is more upsetting than real doom, so I did think fake doom was likely, and yet I could not figure out the issue at all. So annoying.
