Toku fans that tell other people to not watch a certain super sentai, Kamen rider, or Ultraman season because they personally didn’t enjoy it are annoying af and I see that as gatekeeping. Each show is going to resonate with another person with their message and theme.

Armorsaurs Episode 1:
I liked it! It had heart, it was charming, and it was just different enough from Power Rangers to be interesting.
There were some downsides. The CG isn't great...I don't think the base has ANY real walls, and the suits are 100% CG and look pretty fake moving around.

Disney XD is airing a new toku series? Apparently, they are. A show called Armorsaurs that's based on a Korean toku series called Armored Saurus that JUST barely passes the sniff test from Toei.

Now because I keep seeing people Armorsaurs a Power Rangers rip off I'm now seeing Power Rangers only spreading misinformation that Armorsaurs is the planned Disney+ Power Rangers reboot. Y'all it's not the reboot or a rip off. It's an adaptation of a Korean toku show.

finished the timeranger rewatch and this sentai's ending still leaves me feeling empty even after so many days. nothing hits quite like this team's finale and their bond is also one of the best you'll ever see in the franchise
