Got an email from Amazon to be part of their invite only "Brands of Ireland" campaign which apparently aims to help businesses for Black Friday, Christmas etc. Sounds nice but Amazon is a killer of small businesses and they can fuck Black Friday. Buy independent and buy local when you can.

Done Copenhagen and Cologne but it was grey and wet like Dublin so not what you want. Loved Seville last year. Different way of doing things but enjoyable.

I've posted about this several times. Many large & obscenely profitable companies are firing the workers who put them in this position for AI. We can resist. All of these businesses rely on consumption. We can make less worse choices. They're coming for peoples jobs and we're enabling them.

They'd give $15B to good causes.

They'd still be left with an obscene $38.2B in profit.

Life changing stuff.

Instead they're going to lay people off for AI.
