made this after the first ER visit I had this year where they shoved a payment terminal in my face while I was getting my blood drawn and then kept finding new things to charge me for months after the visit

Hi, I hope you're having a nice morning! I'm just calling about my ER visit a month ago... I already paid my co-pay while I was in the emergency room... "Pay here or we're kicking you out" "oh sorry" ... but just a week ago I got another bill for over $1000! Could I please ask where that came from?

Oh, the stupid little bitch fee? Not part of my covered services and I should have let insurance know before I went to the ER that I was worthless to humanity? And it was originally going to be $13,338.04 if insurance didn't negotiate for my sorry ass? Gosh, I didn't even realize! Well, thanks for your hard work. Have a nice day!
