It's been a year, and she was always right about this. We miss you, Janey Godley.

As a Cornish-born laddie with Romani heritage, I struggle with Janey Godley. On one hand, she was an incredibly warm woman who gave me a free interview on the air because her daughter clammed up.

On the other hand, on podcasts, she's made jokes about my people during the Holocaust with such bad taste that it might make Jimmy Carr blush.

But today isn't that day to discuss this. She spent the last 7 years of her life trying to make the world a better place, and her voiceovers kept us all sane during the pandemic. So thank you, Janey Godley, you are missed.

Finally completed the story for Pokémon Legends ZA. Not a bad game, and there's some real fun to be had. Wish the game was a little bigger, but it's nowhere near as bad as some critics would have you believe.

I'm too poor to afford the bus. I have no choice but to walk.

On Thursday I walked 6km up and down the hills of Aberdeen on my mission to get jabbed and visit the library. Today it still hurts to walk. Avoidable if buses were free.
