At least Falcom never misses with the NPC talk.

Since 2003 (from my experience), they've been pretty consistent with making their worlds and characters fun to engage with.
TX is no different there. :>

(Can't speak for ToCS - TBtH yet, but I'd feel safe assuming that's the case)

I can see that.

Just feels like with this game, I just outright don't WANT to be in a dungeon. Like, the dread starts when I see the gate. Not a feeling I've ever felt before with a Falcom game, lol.

In most games, I'd enjoy the grinding, sidequesting, and BIG NUMBARZ before the next set-piece.

I like Tokyo Xanadu, but I gotta admit, I only really like the stuff outside of the dungeons.

I don't think I like the dungeon gameplay so much, but I do enjoy running around each area, seeing what every NPC has to say.

I just assumed that I was at the end of Tokyo Xanadu eX+, but I just checked a guide to see, and it turns out that I have like, two or three chapters left, lmao.
