Anyone heard? Is Trump’s idea of getting the billionaire Middle Eastern leaders to rebuild Gaza is about building a massive resort or actually rebuilding for the Palestinians? Trump originally wanted to move the Palestinian’s out of Gaza & build a resort! Sorry… don’t trust him!

Unlike a criminal trial, it lacks an adversarial system, and a defendant generally has no right to present their own evidence or challenge the prosecutor's narrative.

I kept wondering how do we know if truth or omission of truth is presented, which is what grand jury indictment is judged?

Reminder: To get an indictment from a grand jury, prosecutors present a range of evidence, including witness testimony and physical evidence. However, the grand jury process offers limited protections to ensure the prosecution is presenting a truthful and complete account.
